It's a guarantee - that will end up one day in a sermon by his Papa. You have a great gift in expressing yourself verbally - but what I'm most proud of you for is your continual choice to process life's disappointments redemptively. (Also known as: when the baby naps.)

That moment came today. (And I'll admit, if it hadn't come today, I would have started to panic. Because good gravy, kid, Mom is starting to wear thin!)

I suspect the flies have been left in the distance at this point, but this analogy is powerful. I'll usually warn my DH, and say, "I don't know why, but I'm having a really bad day today. I'm sorry -in advance- for the way I'm acting." He's usually pretty cool with it.

I hope you're feeling better soon.Kirwinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4760301880687498036.post-26031720851844771802009-04-27T23:01:00.001-04:002009-04-27T23:01:00.001-04:00Hey,

It made me anxious. It took me till evening to figure out that I was just SAD. I miss my hubby. Not just for the break I get with the kids when he's here. I just missed HIM.

But I got thru it. Saturday was better.

I'll pray that tomorrow dawns a little brighter for you.

Recent blog post: Two sides of a REALLY unusual coinSteph @ RCDnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4760301880687498036.post-76641126925083122402009-04-27T17:45:00.001-04:002009-04-27T17:45:00.001-04:00Seriously, Heather, your unbelievably encouraging ...Seriously, Heather, your unbelievably encouraging words (aka the "wow"s) make my day.
